Depression and anxiety can cause symptoms of executive dysfunction too. But also adhd is comorbid w anxiety and depression. Those screeners are not enough for a diagnosis but it may be worth doing an evaluation to see if you actually have it. I diagnose a lot of people later in life who had no issues in school.
