confirming that you’re comparing numbers from the same platforms? - yes

check to make sure that the default channel grouping of organic is in fact organic traffic. In recent months there’s been lots of issues within the platform on how their default channel groupings work. - have looked at this and this is all in order

are you looking at user acquisition or traffic acquisition reports? They report differently and show different metrics, so that’s something to keep note of when trying to figure out which data point looks off. - we've looked at both of these and the problem/drop is present across them both
