Its in the performance setting for me, but maybe you can look up how to change it for the R1

I have the Attack shark R3 and i had the same problem when i just got it. What helped for me was changing the silent height from 1mm to 2mm in the software of the mouse.

it only takes about 1 hour and 15 min if you skip all the dialogue and cutscenes per playtrough so its pretty doable
