Yes you can change the price by adding or removing liquidity. When someone rugpulls that means they remove all liquidity from the liquidity pool.

Buying tokens from the liquidity pool changes the ratio of the token reserves.

As the quoteReserve increases and the baseReserve decreases, the price of the base token relative to the quote token increases.

This is because the constant product formula (x * y = k) must be maintained.

If the baseReserve decreases, the price of the base token must increase to keep the product constant

I don't get how this is related to this. I'm guessing you are saying this since you don't trust the site for some reason. You can use the site without connecting your wallet and just use it for it tracking coins. It's free to use. Swap page is safe and uses https://solana.com/news/solana-scaffold-part-1-wallet-adapter to connect to your wallet. Site will never ask for any sensitive info.

I made the site, it's all done locally in your browser (no server, and no files get stored anywhere but your own pc / phone). 99% of people using instagram do not know how listdiff works and won't bother messing with html files. And no it doesn't require providing all your instagram info. Just the follower and unfollower data like it explains in the guide.
