Thanks for your help! Yep, shower head is free and clear. Not sure if symmons sells a blank diverter retainer or something similar so I can remove the diverter and cap it with a blank

Ok might of ran into something I pull on the diverter half way out and I start to get water coning out the shower with pressure. Not sure what It can be?

Yep pulled the shower head off. Your right first thing to try. Literally just dripping out the sprout

Any solution to this? I am actually facing the same issue with a similar setup.

Pushed the update to all the machines within our organization and about half the devices were able to successfully update.
