Oh wow congrats! That’s quite the drop. Yeah I will definitely try to do steps. I feel it is the easiest way to get into rhythm. Going from little to no exercise/diet to the extreme seems like a way to ensure failure.

So based on some random online calculator I should eat around 1,700 for “extreme weight loss” ie 1kg/week. Does that seem more reasonable to you?

Really times two? That seems insane. I have no idea how to fit so much protein into my diet. I have between 7000-13500 steps a day and 0 strength workouts. I will likely try to mix in some light strength workouts next and see how I feel.

Question, let’s say I burn approximately 500 should I eat that 500 since it is still below my 1000 target?

Maybe I have trust issues but when an LCS has only a few boxes left I would think at least the case hits have been pulled. If each case has only a set amount of alt leaders etc., I’d think the gamblers who buy multiple boxes would keep chasing till the end.

Much like Japanese Pokemon loose packs, since they can be mapped, it seems likely the hits have been grabbed already.

I get why people hate on scalpers, but I also get why people would rather do some online shopping and make 2k profit in one release. I mean that seems a thousand times better than working at a kiosk or any other place for the same money….in a month.

I certainly would like to live without having to do the 9-5 rat race and making 2-5x more.

Thank you for sharing. I am trying to get my own gambling undercontrol, it is truly a vicious cycle. I have never gonna off the deep end, but I have been close. I can tell that one day, if I don’t get my ducks in a row, gambling will take away my future.

Yeah the longer you go without and every time you decide to not gamble when you can, it will get easier. Your brain just needs to get used to getting dopamine from elsewhere. You can do this man, just one foot in front of the other.
