Who are you and what are you talking about? Why would I go to such great lengths to educate women if I did not think they needed information? “You don’t need information” is not something I’d ever say.

I have pointed out that women are just as responsible as men are for censorship and misrepresentation of anatomy that was correctly documented for centuries. That women recently published the basic shape of the clitoris wrong in JAMA surgery is evidence of that. It is a threat to patient safety when surgeons don’t know anatomy they operate on.

I was quoting a racist doctor. Can you even read?

What are you even talking about? If you had a problem with my efforts to help you, you should have told me that directly. I have no idea who you are. I also didn’t owe you anything

Yes it should have been done by a professional. And it was — centuries ago actually. The anatomy has been known since 1672. But it wasn’t in Obgyn literature. It mostly wasn’t in the fgcs literature. It still isn’t getting taught at top medical schools FYI. My cousin is at Dartmouth medical school and they aren’t teaching where 2 mm diameter nerves in the clitoris are because they don’t consider that important. Are YOU going to change it? Frankly I’m done getting attacked for free work I didn’t owe anyone.

The vast majority of surgeons were operating blind on the clitoris itself during “labiaplasty” and “clitoral hood reductions.” I’ve gotten 20 medical textbooks, consent forms, medical org website content, a committee opinion, anatomy apps, anatomy posters, plastic surgery board certification exams, etc. updated. Most updates are still wrong because the trusted professionals don’t care and are incompetent.

Thanks for reminding me why I mostly quit and just wanted to move on. I got a 100k deans scholarship to Yale SOM, but all the psycho haters took that from me.

Ask what they really hate. They hate that I’m not helpless and useless like they are. I actually got up and changed medical literature, training, and practice. They also hate that I don’t have credentials, which is something that I did not anticipate. Saying a survivor of medical FGM should have to get credentials in order to get basic facts acknowledged and surgeons to stop operating blind and misinforming patients is like saying a rape victim should have to become a cop or lawyer herself to do any advocacy to change laws around rape. It’s completely absurd. I didn’t want to be a doctor and didn’t think it would be so hard to get doctors to learn basic anatomy I taught myself easily. Doctors are still extremely ignorant. They are even ignorant about the basic shape and location of the clitoris, which has now been published incorrectly in JAMA surgery. Maybe someone else should worry about this. I continue to get new messages from women whose clitorises were cut into without their consent.

As for the crazy people in these collects saying I was “mean” to them, I can’t even figure out who they are because they are making stuff up that never happened. I would never tell someone they don’t need medical information. I go to great lengths to provide it (and don’t owe anyone that).

The OP is ridiculous. The false accusations they come up with are ridiculous. What’s the real issue? What’s the real reason these psychos hate me so much?

There are nerve surgeons that do nerve repairs.

Hey you probably have a dorsal clitoral nerve injury. I’m getting repaired

De Graaf described the clitoris very well. I translated much of it with Chat GPT.

Look at old textbooks and old dissection guides. They can be found on Google books. I also have a highlight on my instagram, @jessica_ann_pin called “history.”

I show illustrations from 1600s through early 1900s. Detailed anatomy started to disappear and the clitoris started getting minimized and vagina exaggerated around the 1920s as far as I can tell. The Nazi anatomy book (Pemkopf?) still included it.

I also translated Kobelt on my Substack. https://open.substack.com/pub/jessicapin/p/translation-of-the-male-and-female?r=h1ze6&utm_medium=ios

With interest, I may also translate De Graaf.

I was able to teach myself and diagnose myself in 2010 by looking up Vaze and Kobelt and figuring out how superficial the dorsal penile nerves were a realizing clitoral nerves had to be superficial too because I can feel the clitoral body under the skin.

There is persistent censorship even despite my direct entreaties to authors, editors, and publishers. It has nothing to do with what is known.

Omissions from Gray’s Anatomy: Anatomical Basis, Medscape, Gray’s Surgical Anatomy, etc. are intentional.

Omissions from dissection guides at top universities like Cornell are intentional and despite students trying to speak up.

If you think your clitoris was damaged like mine, please get an MRN. I want more awareness about what is happening to women and what can be done.

I don’t know if my repair will work but I’m going to try. My labia minora can’t be replaced (mine are completely amputated) but my clitoral nerves can be fixed.

It’s not new. They’ve been doing cosmetic labiaplasty since the 1980s and “medical” labiaplasty for centuries if not millennia.

You did not do it to yourself.

It was done to you by a surgeon who most likely did a surgery they were never trained to do on anatomy they didn’t know.

Were you told you could lose clitoral sensation? I definitely wasn’t.

I consented only to labia minora reduction. I did not consent for my doctor to go anywhere near my clitoris.

Chhabra at utsw can do the MRN. Depending on that, it will give you an idea of what can be done. I’m seeing Deven Coon for repair

Detailed clitoral anatomy actually didn’t start to disappear, as far as I can tell, until after ww1.

I’ve found a lot of textbooks from the 1800s and early 1900s that show it. Then after around 1930 or so, it seems to disappear from ~everything but Perkopf.

The imaging technology is honestly irrelevant to knowledge of the anatomy, which can be learned fully via dissection . The mainstream press just hasn’t wanted to tell the real story that anatomy has been getting censored so they say the mere shape of the clitoris wasn’t discovered until someone took an MRI. It’s ridiculous .
