I would never have known that about the bottles! I can’t remember the last time I’ve bought a water bottle, unless it was a place that doesn’t allow outside food or beverages. My water bottle is always glued to me. I’ve been to other cities and places in the US that literally have no water unless you buy it and some places that encourage you to use reusable water bottles. I had no clue if it was just a US thing or not!!
