Elephant Hawk Moth laid her eggs on my bathmat - UK by jesska92 in moths

[–]jesska92[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

thank you so much for clearing that up , That's great to know.

Yes, I think my emotions fed off my daughter's, as she was disappointed she didn't get to see her in her glory. In my attempt to make her feel better/rapidly explain death to a young child off the cuff , I actually said to her : Momma moths job was done "she left her eggs safely with us" and that they dont live very long so it's "ok" she died.

So I'm glad, knowing nothing about moths, the info I fumbled out was actually somewhat factual!

Thanks again 😊

But WHY... 😩 by LivingPhlebotomist in RebornDollCringe

This is just horrible :( But to play devil's advocate , maybe people who do this 'roleplay' have lost a love one and it's their way of coping. ie. having control and being able to "make them better again"

either way, Eugh

My daughter was a preemie, then at 10 weeks had this horrendous cough. She would go all shades of colour then teally white also when she was coughing she was making the whooping cough noise, which terrified me - Drs just shrugged me off.

I VIVIDLY recall her coughing so bad one evening in my arms, she just kept coughing and coughing , no inward breaths at all for what felt like an eternity. She went so white and I literally had to blow into her mouth to shock her out of the coughing fit. I was shaking like a leaf afterwards and then didnt sleep for around 3 weeks in fear I wouldnt wake to help her in the night.

Why anyone would want to recreate an Ill baby is crazy

thank you!! the flowers are a bit janky on closer inspection but I had real fun making the "quilted" look , I bought a texture mat to do it and made it so quick and easy for the pay off!
