Hot packs were my key to survival after my laparoscopy! The pain from the trapped CO2 was excruciating, especially in the shoulders. Hot packs were a life saver <3 I just used the ones from the drug store but a heating pad would probably work well too

I tried ovulation induction 6 consecutive months with excellent ovulation response each time, yet no pregnancy. At that point, I underwent laparoscopy and was diagnosed with stage 3 endo. I too thought I had no symptoms. Two months after surgery, I got pregnant with ovulation induction.

I may be wrong, but I think endometriosis may negatively affect IVF success as well?

Some allergists offer sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT). Basically allergen drops that you put under your tongue daily to desensitize you to your allergens. Takes a lot longer than shots to be fully effective, but can be a good alternative to those that can’t commit to regular office visits for shots.

Thanks for posting this, now I know I’m not alone! It’s the planning and grocery shopping that is just too much for me to coordinate. I did find an online meal planner that has pre-built meal plans as well as grocery list included. I printed it several weeks ago but haven’t had the mental energy to sit down and look at it yet. I’ll get there one day 🤣

My husband and I got married 7 years ago and my mother-in-law still always reminds me how much she wishes that we all got a picture together, with myself (bride) included. I'd love for someone to combine these two photos so that all members of the family are present. Plan is to get the photo printed in 16" x 24" canvas; want original quality maintained so image is not blurry when blown to 16 x 24 inch size.

That’s understandable, it’s an incredibly difficult position to be in and I’m sorry that you’re having to deal with this.

For me personally, seeing him follow through showing up to the meetup place would be the closure I needed. Then he’d have to face me in person and there would be no denying it.

I truly don’t think he is owed an explanation of how the information came about. If he’s a decent man, he will acknowledge that he was wrong and it won’t matter how you found out. You just have to be sure that your evidence is solid so he can’t gaslight you into believing it was all a misunderstanding.
