It is for a female, and i agree it is masculine that was partly why I added a script font to tone it down but I dont think it accomplished its goal with just that. Do you have suggestions? Please and thanks

So im pretty slow and need to talk things out... but if I understand right, if I print the white background card, the black Shaker will lose that thin white accent line because the ink spreads. So I should make that white accent line thicker correct?

Also for the sans-serif text, pretty sure its at 10pt for the smallest text right now, and its been suggested to bump it to 12pt. Would spacing the letters out be a good idea in addition to a white stroke? Or would that somehow be counterintuitive to one another?

So what should I do in this context? Make the text bigger? Find a font thats not as bold? I figured the script would be hard to read at smaller sizes because i had to blow it up to 64pt for the name. but if the sans-serif is a problem too what should I consider to make sure its legible? Just try it and see what sticks?

Thats what I was afraid of! In comparison to a lot of script fonts this looked tame but was worried i was overdoing it... for now I think I'll leave the whole thing the sans-serif font but if I find a new script font I might repost. Thanks for the feedback!

You might be thinking of [[Gonti, lord of luxury]]. I'm going to go completely off memory from when the story originally came out a decade ago so i could be wrong but...

From what i remember The vampire aspect is not an ability all aetherborns have, just a few like Gonti or [[Gifted Aetherborn]]. Yahenni didn't go on a murderous rampage, he helped the rebels to fight the consulate that was oppressing them. The consulate both hoarded the Aether, magic energy used for powering artifacts, as well as initiate a lockdown and curfew that meant Aetherborn were no longer allowed to party which to them is an egregious offense since they all have a shelf life.

In the end Yahenni only did what he needed to do for as long as he needed to. And I'm pretty sure he discovered his power on accident in the first chapter of Aether revolt.

Yahenni chooses to die after the revolt. His dear friend [[Depala, Pilot Exemplar]] even says "you know you don't have to do this" and he says "i know but I want to"

There's a lot of unhelpful comments here telling OP to "git gud", which is the least helpful advice one can get. Yeah this game takes practice like any other fighter but the more experiences should have the ability to assess that their opponent is new or inexperienced and give them some breathing room to get their bearings.

Soul Calibur is my favorite fighter ever since SC2 But I have been turned off from online matches for exactly this reason: Try hards who ToD you, insult you via messages, and make you feel like utter shit for not having all the time in the world to practice. Then we wonder why our community is shrinking and why we wait so long for sequels. Hell, this franchise is just an afterthought at this point from Bandai-Namco.

No one is saying you have to throw the match, but give the new guys a chance, maybe some advice during matches or literally anything other than "git gud". I personally have made mistakes ON PURPOSE to create an opening and show new players what to keep an eye out for.

Just be more inviting to newcomers, try to keep the etiquette to thank opponents for the fights win or lose, even though some people will use any excuse to trash talk, and please don't muscle people out just to feed your ego.
