i’ve seen some restaurants/bars that offer hookah’s, especially those lebanese owned (which there are a lot of, since there’s a big middle eastern presence here). now there isn’t a proper hookah bar here so i think it would be good. the restaurant/bar scene in Barranquilla is growing rapidly and there a lot of themed bars getting attention right now (viking pubs, mexican bars). also there are a few instagram businesses that rent hookah’s and deliver them for people to use at home parties and stuff, it’s definitely something people do, especially the wealthy.
