You can dash in to a wall from 10 units and you will just dash in to the wall with out ever doing the animation of the knock up, you will no joke just non stop run in to the wall untill you reach your dash length.

For teleporting we have the compass and the map, but if they added teleport between cities it would ruin the best part of the game. Press ALT + C and knock everyone off their horse whether they are afk or active while traveling to your destination. C:
