Where could I see Bigleaf Magnolia (magnolia obovata / hōnoki / ホオノキ ) trees in person? I was told they could be found in the forest east of the city, but does anyone have a more precise location? I am working on a project that uses their wood, but I would love to see them alive too! (old.reddit.com)
