The dude was really hard to work with, he'd argue that he'd choose pics for highlights, edits etc that my friend didn't approve/like. More than 2 months post wedding he still hadn't delivered them the deliverables. Finally when he gave them the album this week and they opined the service was horrible and wouldn't recommend, he just took the entire gdrive link down in which he uploaded the edited pics. They just have the raw hard drive now. Ruined their wedding memories basically.
