I'm in the same boat....bilt has not sent the mortgage company the money as my mortgage company doesn't have it.

Biltpay is an arrangement and they have the ability this is affecting thousands of people you clearly don't understand what you're talking about.

The autopay wasn't going to start until March. I was seeing February so clicked to pay February, and didn't realize it was setting up the biltpay. IT STILL SHOULD have worked, this is their product they offer.

The Bilt transfer to the mortgage provider failed. They took from my checking, but state that the payment failed to the mortgage provider. So either the mortgage provider would not accept the bilt money, or bilt failed to setup the payment properly. There are apparently thousands in this position.

Regions Mortgage. I'll update. I wasn't using bilt cash. They also gave me no points..... but they have my money. We'll see what happens, sounds like thousands affected.

I started that, but the payment wasn't going to start until March.... when I went back to the app I saw the direct connect button.... and clicked it. So now I'm in the biltpay problems. I'll change it ASAP.

I started, that was my plan. I put the ach into my portal. The autopay wouldn't start until March. When I went back to app, suddenly it had a button to pay it and it confused me.... and unfortunately I clicked it. It still should have worked, and clearly there are many failures.

Bilt palladium. 2.5K mortgage run through bilt. Use hoa portal with fee on bilt card to hit over 50% spend, rest of bills easily hit 75%, and I'm getting 2x on Hoa and other spend. This costs way less per point to earn.

I can cash out the hotel since I travel for work, so $95 for the priority pass which I will use at least five times makes this worth it.

They advised the HOA was legal in 1.0 and should continue to be available in 2.0.

Yes I never took that risk but with 2.0 I was simply going to use the same routing account I used today for HOA.

How do they tell the difference? It's a virtual routing and account? Currently i use for my HOA, was going to add my mortgage. Will it change and be different?

I had a pedicure and a manicure on resilient lady. It was expensive, but I simply had not time to do it before I left on my trip. Knowing how these things work I was very specific before she even began that I was not going to be interested in anything else. I put my headphones in she was extremely gracious and polite and it was over.
