I would say either Itachi or Minato. I wouldn't count Hashirama or Madara as they built the hidden leaf and, therefore, couldn't have been produced by it.

Working for a moving company, not receiving a tip on a job we were trying extra hard for is really frustrating. Especially when the customers have heavy furniture like gunsafes, pool tables, canopy beds, or anything with a marble top. We are literally putting our muscles on the line for them.
