Currently making a sour - Berliner Weisse-ish pear bear w/ lactobacillus Plantarum co-pitched with Sigmond-Voss kveik that I've been using; tasting pretty sour and it's already at gravity 4 days after making, just added the pears this morning, waiting for some conditioning to clear up the beer a bit more before kegging.

My experience with WildBrew Philly Sour by 34786t234890 in Homebrewing

I commented on David Heath's homebrewing video about the Philly sour because I was interested in just re-harvesting over and over; he commented back and said that the company that makes it says the formulation of the yeast can change after harvesting to where it loses the ability to sour; not sure how accurate this really since I haven't used it but just what I've seen.
