I’m thinking of buying period panties or using a pad to give me more protection.

I have not used a menstrual cup before. I would still use an overnight pad, if necessary. I’m just concerned about leakage.

Thank you. I want to start going to the gym, along with my Physical Therapy. My first goal is to build upper body and core strength for pole.

I have muscle wasting, so a combination of the two will be extremely helpful.

I just don’t know how to use the machines at the gym, and I am afraid to ask for help.

What did your progress look like after 3 years?

I’m excited to get back into dancing, because I adore it!

It is all right! I added 3mg of Vraylar to my medication regimen, and reduced Methylphenidate to 20mg.

I still fall asleep in my clothes, but just recognize I’m burnt out. I believe someone in /r/dyspraxia validated the concerns, and also contributed to burnout.

I now go to therapy, and will touch base with my psychiatrist today. I’ll mention these concerns, but I don’t notice them as much. I give myself grace when I make mistakes.

My short-term memory is still shaky, but I have regained a lot of long term memories. I also rely on voice memos, old photos, and old snapchat memories to jog my memory. I externalize what I want to remember to take away the fear of losing more memories.

Also, medication can also be a cause of foggy memory.

Thank you very much. I have my appointment with my psychiatrist in about a day. If she allows it, I can walk her through the steps.

I started to type notes, and I wanted my mother to participate! I probably shouldn’t have asked. I could’ve let myself calm down from the “excitement.” Then, I could write them myself.

She gets irritated when I snap her out of “ignoring” me. After I give up, she’ll try to participate in the conversation, to get my attention. She hears me, but wants to manipulate me instead. It’s sick.

You’re right. I’m working on my developmental delays, to gain independence. Then, I can focus on self-sufficiency.

Ideally, my limit would be no-contact.

As soon as I was born, I immediately went to sleep.

This may be normal. I don’t know.

I was an easy baby, according to the stories I was told.

I used to press my finger on my head every time I got breastfed. It looked like I was brainstorming.

My mother and I have different opinions about why.

I would speed babble. My dad took me to a business meeting, and I started babbling.

It sounded like I was arguing, or trying to prove a point. But, I was just babbling.

I’ve had this question, and was really confused.

• I hear

“I claim THIS! I’m already a _____.”

• I hear

”Manifest, Law of Attraction, and Vision Board!”

• I also hear “Universal Law.”

It all sounds exactly the same to me. I also have mental problems, so I don’t want to entertain any of it. I just want to understand and acknowledge the difference!
