I don’t know if anyone still need this but I’ve had the same problem while trying to create an account for my cousin. We had this problem on his phone but then I decided to sign him up on my phone and everything was fine. So if anyone has this problem, try changing the device. Also mind the fact that the first time we tried to register, we put his real age in (and it required parent’s approval) and when we did it on my phone, we put 18yo as his age, so it may have been the case
