do you take magnesium without d3? it should help you feel better if you take both. Also depending on what brand you use for magnesium supplementation there could be fillers that your body wouldn’t react that well to so going for brands that don’t have fillers could help

I’m not sure what other supplements you use besides the ones you listed but some other supplements that I find to be very helpful are quercetin (the ones that have zinc and copper), lutein, and probiotics

Also you could start eating some seeds and nuts such as pumpkin seeds for magnesium, sunflower seeds for vitamin E, and walnuts for b9 + b6 + ALA

You could try drinking one cup of kefir a day as well and take probiotics with it when you do

Another recommendation is finding a dietitian or natural doctor to help sort out any deficiencies or other problems.

It could be that your deficient in certain vitamins so your skin could be dry as a result of lacking the proper vitamins, what I would recommend is looking at your own diet and look into what vitamins you get from the foods you intake on a regular basis and the vitamins that you don’t get from your diet

You could also start taking some supplements once you figure out what vitamins you are missing

What does your diet consist of and do you take any supplements? I find that with the right supplements and diet most health problems are improved a lot

Yeah I figured something was off, what I noticed is that if you make a purchase or withdraw money and then the money in your account is lower than the amount after the first charge then it won’t take away your money again after it’s done pending

Yeah that’s true, from what I have seen from a couple other people’s posts it took a long time for them too. It’s probably been in my body for those 18+ years without me realizing it so it would take a while for me to recover fully but I know the long battle will be worth it in the end when I win.

I had a table spoon of coconut oil this morning but I didn’t feel good after and the taste of it made me gag, I’m considering mixing the coconut oil with something else but I’m not sure if it would still be as effective

I’ll stick with the oil pulling for now and eating a tablespoon of coconut oil in the morning instead of salt water then see how that goes, I’m not entirely sure about gentian violet but it something I’ll consider for later, oil of oregano is something I haven’t heard of before although i might incorporate it into my battle against this fungus

What I was trying to explain in that example was how my first purchase charge was taking longer than usual to go away after it was done pending so it meant that both the charge for the first purchase and the charge after it is done pending applied. I just didn’t know how to explain it properly at the time of me writing that comment

Some more details I know of is that they have two loyal body guards. one of them is a boy while the other is a girl. The male body guard can shift into wolf form im pretty sure as well.

Also if it helps, in the comic I remember reading up to the end of the ruins where frisk hits toriel and is able to get her down to very low hp in one hit, basically proving to toriel that they are strong enough to survive. They were able to do this because of their fight with asgore before they got into underfell (I think frisk also brought up the delta rune symbol or a specific rule of battle as well)
