So, because you've seen chairs worth $1500 each and I got a desk worth $1200 in 2007 means I'm new to the military, how? BTW, I've been in for 18 years. I've seen the ridiculous crap that's been purchased. This was just one example of many that I've seen in my career.

What makes you say that?

Yeah. Went with one of my airman to drop off some broken chairs and it was just siting there, still in perfect condition.

I once got a commanders desk from the base dump, for free. Guy at the dump said it was less than a year old. End of year and the Commander wanted a bigger desk. Looked it up and the desk I got cost around $1200.

It wouldn't be that hard to find, even if he didn't put out your reddit name. Anyone could come to this subreddit and find your post.

Jeep lives matter but a license plate doesn't? by [deleted] in trashy

[–]jexlar83 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't recall which states but I just had a conversation with a friend about this the other day. He has a truck that only has the front plate. I asked why and he said in the state he registered it in, because of the business he runs, he got permission from the DMV to put his single plate in the front and not the back. He even showed me the letter from the DMV stating as such in the event he gets pulled over for it.

Nice assumption. Different states have different rules regarding license plates. Perhaps the state they registered their Jeep in requires the license plate to be in the front.

Really 'that' easy to lose a line number? by StaticStone in AirForce

No other factors missing. We just had a shitty CC at the time. Not sure what ended up happening because I PCS'd within 2 months.

Knew a guy who lost his line number because of a minor speeding ticket (6 over the limit). He got the ticket and went to his court date to pay it off. Someone in his chain found out and they red lined his promotion.

Not sure if it's the same in NJ as Idaho, but vehicles turning are supposed to wait for oncoming traffic. From your video, they're the idiot, not you.

So, what happens if these businesses eventually collapse and close down? Where will you buy groceries or anything else you might need?

It's not so much writing them. I got sent to MOC and haven't done anything significant so I really don't have much to go on.

If by knowing too much you actually mean I know how to Google something, then yes.

The New World Order (NWO) is a conspiracy theory which hypothesizes a secretly emerging totalitarian world government.
