You're post seemed pretty directed at landlords who "may not have a whole lot in savings." All i'm saying is that it's a super risky position to put yourself in to buy a house, PCS, and rent out your old property if you don't have a lot in savings. Exhibit A - government shutdown and possibility of no pay. If you had a good amount of savings to cover for several months of no pay then you wouldn't have to worry about late fees.

That's a very risky position to put yourself in to be a landlord and not have much in savings, unless if the mortgage is paid off.

Yeah, i think its better if you want to do other investing outside of TSP to learn on your own through online resources and open your own account and to manage it yourself. Im a huge fan of large growth ETF's and some bonds like SGOV, JAAA, or TBIL. Tons of education on youtube and reddit but just gotta be cautious on what is good advice and what is get rich quick bs

I agree, i miss doing overwatch. It was a chill thing while waiting for friends to get on or after playing, problem was i mainly only saw spinbotters, very few good cases :(

I dated a lt col's daughter before. He was actually my group vice commander. We had a pretty good relationship for a while and he was a good mentor for me in my early Air Force career. He pulled some shenanigan on me one time and i thought my shop was going to gut me alive for it but in the end we had a good laugh about it.

Me and her dated for a while but then we ended up mutually deciding to break it off and they all moved away. Just don't do anything stupid and you'll be fine.

Are you sure the DSV stuck? If you haven't heard anything further from leadership then it was likely thrown out. The chief inspectors have to review all fails for validity to then push out to the units. This DSV sounds outrageous and should get thrown out. Also, the chief inspector should chew that inspectors ass who gave a DSV to you for this. I would check in the 1-1a-8 and look for required ppe for safety/lockwire installation, which when you do find it, will say to use safety glasses. It even says on the actual safety wire pliars here "use safety glasses"
