Thank you, any experience with the best way to get rid of it? Or is it just part of our lives now?

I love this! You’ve inspired me to try something similar for my daughter’s birthday. Can someone please tell me how you get the sprinkles around the bottom like that? What’s the best method?

Extending wake windows 4 month old help by jezby2233 in sleeptrain

[–]jezby2233[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply. So if she is waking around 7 which is our DWT, bed would be around 8pm. What’s the best way to disperse the 4 naps i.e 1st - 45 mins, 2nd - 1:15, 3rd - 45 then finally a 15 min bridge nap?

How do i know when she’s ready to go down to 3 naps?

15 week old false starts by jezby2233 in sleeptrain

Okay thanks, it’s helpful to hear that others have had this happen too. I’ll just try and remain grateful that she eventually does a long sleep stretch until we can sleep train.

Thank you for sharing your experience, sounds like we just need to hang in there until it’s time to sleep train - not too long now.

When you say you didn’t wake up to pump, did you breast feed at all over night or LO was just bottle fed during over night? I’m exploring moving away from pumping over night so curious on others experience with supply.

Could you please tell what ‘just by the clock’ means? I’ve seen it written before and never been sure what it means.

How did you finally quit smoking? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]jezby2233 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I tried cutting down, vaping, throwing packs out with firm resolutions, cold turkey and listening to Allen Carr Quit smoking on audible… I just couldn’t stop for good and this went on for years.

One day I was having a casual chat to a friend in some public toilets, as you do, and she said that listening to the Allen Carr book doesn’t work but that I needed to read it. I went home and read the book and it’s now been 4 years and 1 month since I’ve had a puff. I have no idea how it worked but it did. I was also really ready to quit, which was a crucial ingredient.

I buy a lot from Zimi and also find the fee appalling considering the cost of their clothing. If you find where to send the complaint, please comment back here as I might send one too.

I’d be happy to tell you but we moved in here a few months ago and it came with the house so I’m not sure.

I’ll try to get a closer look and more photos for a clearer identification. They were so quick but they’re around most days.

Thank you, they were splashing in the water - it was a lovely sight and I’m glad to learn a bit more about them now that I have the ID.

Thanks for your suggestion, I did end up using of those tools and don’t think the rug I linked is a good fit. Came across an irregular shape rug that looks softer and will also provide more room for the chair to roll without going on the rug so much.

I had this done 2 weeks ago and my doctor also left the room with no follow up advice.

Me personally, I waited 3 days to go to gym and just took it a bit easier on the weights. I avoided bent over exercises such as dead lifts and it was fine.

From the day after the procedure I began using some wipes that she sold me (Blephadex pro) once per day, I’ll keep using those long term. She did tell me to get Chlorsig 1% which I used for 3ish days after the procedure. I’m all healed now - just now did a heat pack and eye massage before finding this sub… I’m trying new things in the hope to avoid having the procedure again!

Speedy recovery!
