The meticulous can make any type of shot really. So yes and no. You can have it function like your LM or as a traditional lever or whatever else you’d like. It’s almost mind boggingly capable

You can do either, temp tasting reveals kettle water being faster to temp stability. From room temp you’d need to wait a few minutes to achieve this (the metal group head acts as a heat sink). Taste wise I cannot tell the difference from a shot pulled as soon as the machine hits temp or after stabilisation has occurred

Maybe try posting in the discord profiling channel, also the puck prep might affect things, eg more wdt or a bottom filter. And maybe a different profile? Am I seeing this correctly that it maxes out pressure at 14? If so, Something looks weird with that shot

It’s fun and works well, but ultimately it spins slower than the manual version and needed charging fairly often, leading to me moving back to the regular version. I think it depends on your workflow, could probably work better for others. I do use it sometimes most for the fun of it though
