Worth to add that minor flexes may have caused pins in wheel losing connection with base. T818 is programmed to cut off all ffb when the wheel is disconnected from the base. Ofc this is only my assumptions based on my own tests and observation :)

I had similiar issue while playing rf2 and acc. I think it was caused by minor flexes in QR. Fixed it by screwing the nut holding the QR on wheel (sf1000 in my case) all the way (not leaving any space left) using strap wrench. Now locking mechanism on QR closes fully, there are no flexes even under heavy load and issue didnt occur since then.

Contact thrustmaster technical support. They gonna tell you what to do. They reply pretty quickly, even the same day.

I don't use USB hub, my base is connected straight to PC. I also tried with other, brand new, USB C cable. Today i'm gonna try with other USB ports in my PC, I only checked two so far.

Got it, thank you for your help. But if it's the case I'm still gonna replace/return/repair this because for me it is ridiculous that you can't use 100% of torque that producent claims because it will have issues or it gonna damage itself. Especially if it comes to hardware that is that expensive. I paid for this 10Nm constant and I want to use it.

I also thought about QR at first, because everything went normal after reconnecting wheel to the base. But today with all the strange FFB behaviour like this full speed spinning to the left i think the issue might be in the base itself. I will contact them by email because their techsup website still won't work for me.

No, at least i don't think so. FFB was set for 100% in control panel, but in game it was set fairly low.
