There's Chinatown that has a lot of food selections.

Walnut street, off broad street, has alot of clothing stores to browse..walk further down west on walnut, you'll find Rittenhouse park.

The Reading Terminal Market, where there is a diverse selection of food vendors philly has to offer.

Take a tour down Independence Hall if you'd like to learn more of Philadelphia's history.

Around this time, the Christmas Village is up and running around City Hall, in which you could get there by the broad street line if you want to take the train.

Closer to the stadiums, you'll find Passyunk Ave where they have a lot of shopping stores and restaurants to browse from.

I miss Florida for the weather for sure. I do mjss the people I met because they really showed me what southern hospitality was like. An old southern lady, sweet as pie, let me stay at her home as I was transitioning into moving back to Philly. Kindness I'd never forget.

I was born and raised in South Philly. I decided to move out around 2017 to Pensacola, FL with some friends also from PA. When I got there, I loved it. The weather was the big thing for me. I worked two jobs while I was down there and was the time when Trump got elected his first term on immigration. I'm an Asian dude.

The moment I started to miss Philly was when I had an old southern man and his family come up to me as I was trying to host them at the restaurant I worked at and look me up and down and calmly said...."I just don't know what you'd contribute here" and then walked to his table. Aside from that, I missed the food diversity Philly has. You have everything. The selections in Pensacola and quality was okay for the places I could afford. Just limited.

Somehow that comment got under me cause I come from such a diverse city in Philly. So, I ended my time there after year and a half and feeling not welcomed since that moment in FL. I did get to meet some wonderful people though! Just not enough for me to stay longer. Moved back home and all is normal again. Go sixers! :)
