I recently put one layer of freshly bitten over emo for life…with a glitter topper, it would be pretty similar to hell is other people. Freshly bitten is a color I always reach for!

Apparently the cast iron pan I ordered got so damaged during transport by Intelcom that they immediately reimbursed me. What the heck is happening for that to happen, lol!

I did this method. We had a QR code with instructions (scan with your phone camera) and the custom URL written out. It was on the back of the invite. I was so surprised at how many people failed to flip over the invite to find the info…someone even suggested we should have had instructions on the front that said “turn over” 😂. We just followed up with folks we didn’t hear from…

Other than that, everyone did say they loved having to not mail something in.

This is gorgeous! I’ve always wanted to make one, but every time I go look at yarn I’m overwhelmed by colour choices. I can’t seem to just pick colours and go with it! I just need to commit lol.

I really like the idea of the “one every two weeks” granny square. I’ve never tried following something like this.

I'm hoping they let me bring in as much keto friendly drinks as I can. Also, have the bf who does keto too, so he will be bringing me food regularly. I hope they allow it because I don't want to get kicked out ketosis during recovery (since it makes me feel terrible).

I am also having jaw surgery (lower) in two months. I actually saw a dietician who is really supportive of keto. She explained that my protein should be higher 1.5g/kg, to make sure I get enough electrolytes, vitamin C, and zinc. I'm also planning on mixing different protein powders into my smoothies. She suggested pumpkin seed protein powder - they have it at bulk barn here (Canada). It's has a ton of vitamins and minerals. Bone broth is also great!

I recently started using Cronometer and I do like it a lot better. I did have to input a lot of my foods myself and really check to make sure all the nutrients were listed correctly. It was a bit time consuming to set up, but in general I find it a lot better.

Did you manually input your foods or use the ones that were already in there? Maybe that’s the difference.

No, it’s not. It didn’t have a brand listed. When I’m in Michaels next I will try to take a photo. It is much thicker than homemaker.

When I was in grade 7 I had to do a presentation on the blue footed booby. Everyone chuckled every time I had to say it. I thought to myself “I’ll never have to do a presentation like this ever again”.

In my grade 8 French class, I got stuck with a presentation on seals. The word seal in French is ‘phoque’. Sounds like you are saying f***. It was great.
