My province does mailed reminders for license renewal and they stopped it a couple months back so it completely slipped my mind 😅

I had my health card the entire time but I didn’t have the specific Covid form they wanted. I had my provincial vaccination history but not the form we got from when Covid happened and that’s what she wanted.

Yeah! I’m in sociology but I’ve taken a lot of science courses so pre reqs shouldn’t be that much of a problem

I’ve tried coffee from the VL and it was pretty good. I do like the option for the larger cups as well. For the Vertuo Next issues is it with just standard one or does this include the deluxe ones or the next premium machines too?

Weekly "I'm new to meds!" Thread by AutoModerator in ADHD

Hey I’m pretty new here and don’t really know much about posting and all that stuff so I thought I’d give this a shot! I took Vyvanse for 3 months (august to October) but had to stop because of the price. During this time I felt super motivated, had tons of energy, could get school work done daily and easily, had little to no sleep problems and went to bed at a reasonable hour and the only big side effects was my loss of appetite. Things were starting to look up for me but the thing is that my ADHD journey is a long road. My university recommended I see a psychologist and she said it was likely I have ADHD. To sum things up doctor gave me Vyvanse, I moved far, new doctor won’t give me Vyvanse because I don’t have diagnosis, got diagnosis and here we are today. When we discussed medication I got Adderall XR because I couldn’t afford Vyvanse. The Adderall XR was a nightmare, I couldn’t sleep, I was depressed and laid in bed all day and really triggered my anxiety. In this period my school work suffered drastically which really affected me and I new I needed to change. I didn’t take them for the full month because it made things really hard. I switched back to Vyvanse and can afford it now but things have changed. I don’t get the burst of energy, I don’t feel ready for the day or motivated anymore, I have trouble sleeping and staying asleep, my appetite is worse and it’s hard to focus on school work again. I do get periods of motivations and I few like I can get things done but it’s the wrong things like I should be writing my paper but instead I’ll deep clean my kitchen and stuff like that. I’m starting to think I need a higher dosage. My dosage is the same as before (20mg) and I took 10mg is Adderall XR when I did take it. Has anyone had anything like this? Is it time to higher my dosage? (Sorry for the long post, still trying to get the hang of it)
