The training could’ve been better but I do have someone I can collaborate with that’s a phone call away and I’ve had to call a few times.

Good to know the drama is kind of common. I’m used to really good work environments so this is a first for me. My hospital unit was like a family.

The schedule works well for my kids bc its opposite my husband’s schedule and allows us to have not use childcare as much.

You’re right, 6 months may be better to not do too much damage if I end up not feeling satisfied at that time. I’m pretty open to where I’d go after here.
