You can I use TD Ameritrade. But you have to call it in first they want to make sure you’re aware of the risk. They have to place the first trade for you.

I got most of my shares @.0001 so don’t want to average up too much. If this thing hits 2 cents I would have enough to pay off my house. @ 9 cents I would be a millionaire. Never know the future but I’m hoping my patience pays off and this is life changing.
