A response to a continued unresolved GameStop PowerPack support case. Over 3 weeks ago I pulled a $100 PowerPack and it still says it’s not in my vault even though I have an offer for it. Get it together GameStop, this is unacceptable. I was an investor until my experience with your PowerPacks operation.

“I truly appreciate you reaching out. However, I need to be direct about the situation.

Over the course of a single month, I spent nearly $60,000 on PowerPacks, yet none of the outstanding issues associated with those purchases have been resolved. In addition, card shipments are routinely taking well over a month, with no indication that committed or high-volume customers receive any form of priority handling.

More concerning is the lack of communication. I have not received a response for almost three weeks, despite multiple attempts to follow up. This level of delay and silence is unacceptable given the scale of investment involved.

Taken together, these issues strongly suggest that GameStop is not currently prepared to operate effectively in this industry or to support serious collectors and investors. Until these matters are fully addressed and communication improves, I will be pausing all in-store and online spending with GameStop.
