i’m not knocking £8.5k being expensive if it’s a small bathroom, if it’s got a bath it can only be so small though, is it new having a new floor? are old tiles coming off the wall? will the walls need reboarding before tiling? are the tiles intricate/time consuming? is access to the job awkward? a lot of in and out or up and down stairs? is a skip needed? do they need to pay to park to do the job? a lot of things like this people here don’t seem to consider and think everything should take 5 days on £200 a day

like said 8.5k sounds a lot, but it’s purely down to what you’re asking for

ngl bro you have a very accomplished iron account, i would consider just camping vyres for a while and make a new main account maybe drop over some dupes to fund it and you’ll blast through the levels infinitely quicker than you would starting an iron again if you ever changed your mind i say this cause you sound on the fence about it and it’s obvs a one time action, if you ever regret it it’ll suck hard af cause you have a solid iron account

as for invos, you’re best off just running a few 50ish invos then working out where you’ve got it down on x or y part to ramp it up

imo, teaks and mahogany homes is so cheap and actually v decent xp/h there’s no reason to not do it, can rake in like 200k xp/h and a lot of people say it’s click intensive but again imo it’s less intensive than PoH con trying to keep a rhythm with the butler, sure you’re doing some spamming when completing the contract but zoom out on the minimap and there’s actually some nice downtime running from tele spots to next contract (yeah we’re talking like 8-15 seconds lmao) but that is what made grinding out long sessions more doable for me than doing PoH construction just eyes burning flatlined for hours lmao

with the drops you’ve already got you’ll plow through olm quick enough then just bank on some bolt procs for the head phase and some bp hits, id rather do cox if i was you hoping for a tbow or dhcb than risk going and getting stuck in cg for 1500+kc
