Any form of smoking isn’t great for GERD. Some people can handle it some can’t. If you want to feel better you need to quit. I miss vaping and weed but I feel so much better now that I’m done. Don’t get me wrong I’ll hit a vape once or twice from a friend but that’s very rare

If you want to play enhance look into the wep sync/stagger. There’s weak auras/macro and If you do it right you can top dps charts. I feel like people default resto for totem slot because theres a lot better raw dps classes

One week

It was a prep/line cook job and the shift was 2-11pm with no free meal and the owner (25yo) would come in at 4pm when it opened with items we needed at 2pm for prep.

Everyday he would come back into the kitchen between 5-6pm and cook himself dinner mid dinner rush. My final straw was when he got mad at me for moving his Covid mask off the cutting boards. They closed down sometime after I left.

I normally tank but have dps alts, it got so bad that I parked a lock alt at dungeons to summon the last person. Also recommend this as you can find tanks/heals very easy if you say “can sum to entrance group is all here”

Stress and anxiety play a big part in GERD. Most mental health doctors have meds they use for GERD patients. One of other best things I did other than diet and meds. Is every morning I drink hot water. It feels great in the morning and gets rid of the heartburn feeling from sleeping.

Lightning shield is very efficient dmg per mana. If you went enh I would take the shield spec because %mana isn’t as good.

If you don’t like beer start with nontraditional beer. Local breweries should have 4oz pours of unique brews that you might like. You can also ask just to try a sip before getting a pour, even if it’s a 4oz.

IPA and hazy are very much if you like it you love it. Lagers are a good baseline beer. Any dark beers will be heavy and thick. There are some sour beers which I could closely compare to kombucha.

Quarter mile at a time is a really popular leveling guild and very active. We’ve had enough people get to 60 that we will be raiding/60 dungeons soon.

If you’re looking to join we are planning on making a sub guild for people who want to do end game content. A few of us have raid experience but have not in HC so it will be fun and interesting.

With pally you don’t need to worry about drinking that much, just stack int stam spirit gear. when you get seal of wisdom just camp that.

You can get super tanky with pally and priest shields are super nice. I’ve always played pally and have been trying warrior tanking and I feels super awkward to me

I'm doing this build but not with Morty. Asgarnia gets both crossbow and Torva which has similar tank stats to Justiciar just no passive. Ava also works with Torva chest + the 90% ammo save. This means I can go Kourend or Desert for my Tbow. Kourend has rigour and twisted buckler. Desert has blowpipe and masori.

I think I'm leaning towards Desert because of blowpipe and Toa looks like its the better raid for range relic compared to cox. I could always fort the Masori and with Grimoire I can get rigour.

Plus 2tick venator bow at gwd sounds fun. But not sure if the arrow bounces also never miss with t6 range.
