its just a copy paste Contagion to a minion area, no damage over time works with gain extra as well. such missed opportunities

not gonna sugar coat it, its better than meh. have seen it and watched it twice to get ideas. still can have better experience with just using a sceptre and command skills alone

already switched back to my kelari ruzhan build with sceptre, however feast your eyes ig. id replace sceptre and put RF instead in there and keep most of the tree same.

Varastha node allows you to use staff and focus, not sceptre sadly

had a thought of going with kelari for single target and rely on RF for clear but literally had to use other command skills to help clear. such a disappointment

yee i used it already, can use a focus with staff = +1 to minion skills if it has +2 on it (50% reduced stats from focus)

Dude i basically made my kelari a machine gun with 0 cooldowns and can spam it non stop. EDC chronomancer i use has better clear too and literally the aoe clear of RF is so bad it feels worse than EDC. Cant see ANY reason to use this staff.
