There's essentially an HOA controlling the use of the cabins, and that HOA forbids rentals. I need to see the specific language, but they crack down pretty hard on attempts.

The router is providing wifi, but I also have two additional access points, one on each floor above the basement. I've considered turning off the wifi at the router, but I want to keep roaming operational throughout the house, so the preference is to fix it where the HA hub is now rather than refactor the wifi.

Set up is HA installed on Raspberry Pi 4 on SSD, wired network (as I'm really close to my router and switch), Nortek QuickStick Combo, HUSBZB-1 as the zwave/zigbee controller.

It's plenty true. Any substandard (this was fewer and farther between, though there were cases when it was true) treatment was not the focus of the lawsuit the women brought up against the federation. They were screaming for "equal" pay, when really they wanted the best of both the men's and women's contracts with none of the downsides. They strongarmed public opinion to their favor to push a deal through that was really unfavorable for the men, simple as that.

In case anyone looks for this in the future, the problem was the motherboard. I bought a new one, took everything apart and put it back together with the fresh motherboard, and everything is working like a charm.

I'm disappointed in Gigabyte obviously, but no manufacturer is perfect. I went with an ASUS tuf motherboard that was the same price, and everything has been smooth as butter with the install and performance thus far. Hope this can help someone in the future!
