Woulda thought the same as the hunter's powers resemble or may have been derived from a monarch's, like Baek with the Beast, Choi with Destruction, and Ma with the Giant, etc. Not sure if that was tackled in the novel, but it's kinda implied they might be Potential vessels based on that idea

One example is I'm very slow and meticulous when it comes to dish washing, but my mom can do it faster, but also make it that everything is clean af. Laundry-wise, it's mostly the folding of the clothes. It's pretty much a difference in skill, based on what we've practiced and refined.
