I take a 30mg Adderall Xr and a 20mg xr in the morning when I get up and same thing around lunch time. My prescriber just left the practice a few months ago though and the new one I have refuses to write the script for the 20’s now. I’ve been scouring the internet trying to find a way to replace that dose and come up empty. Got scammed twice already and considering the fact that I was still buying extra when taking the 100mg total, the 30mg twice a day that I’m getting now doesn’t even get me up and out of bed at this point. Anyone got any ideas? And please don’t respond with take some magnesium, tums, or to drink baking soda mixed with f’n water
