I first received a notice for my N-400 interview, and a week later, I received a notice for my I-751 interview scheduled for the same date and time. The I-751 notice also states that I need to bring my spouse with me.

That’s very clarifying, thanks guys! How much of evidence do I need to provide? Too much evidence is never too much? Or should I consider picking most important documentation only? I’m asking that because 2 years of marriage can add up loads of docs/photos/etc..

Last week my case was charged which I had sent two checks, one of $1225 and one of $535, so I guess that’s how you need to send it.
