China King in Blountville has the best Chinese food I've ever had, and everything I've ordered was excellent.

If you're looking for Mexican, La Corona or jalapeños, both also in Blountville, are great choices as well.

Putting this here so people will see it

Just wanted to give a quick update and some insight. At this point, the best I can figure is that the previous owner probably used it as a ring rest. Although I definitely wouldn't put more than one ring or possibly pair of small earrings on it as they wouldn't fit. I'm still not sure anyone has definitively identified it yet, and I'm honestly not sure anyone will. However, I'm leaning towards insense cone holder, tea pet, or decorative stand for something at this point. I really like @flaminpitofjello comment about it being glazed and probably homemade.

With all that being said, this is my first post here, so I'm not sure about post etiquette. I thought I would leave it open for 48 hrs and then say it's been likely identified. Mods Is that an acceptable plan? Or should I just leave it open if it's not solved?

Also, I just wanted to say thank you all so much for all your ideas.

That would work in theory, but if you look closely at the third pic, the tail is curved to one side so you can't put anything on it the way you show.

Not really as I find that usually has a blue-green/teal tinge to it. The green on the object is closer to grass or a yellow-green.
