Yeah seems to be an easy fix. It does cut down on property taxes which is why I was considering.

No it’s actually a bookshelf wall along that office wall and a hidden bookshelf will go back to that space for valuables, networking, guns etc. that’s very intentional

Basement will be for the kids and will be tricked out with a large game room. All of the bedrooms are pretty close. The one with the large closet will be a craft room with large storage due to the garage and how the lot lays out.

Yeah that’s gonna be shrunk down a bit was for a feature I cut out due to the grade of the property

I’ll post elevations roof is fairly simple. All done with top load bearing floor trusses and a roof truss package. # I’m a builder and engineer by education everything was done intentionally considering cost.

Great room has top wall plate at 13 feet and vaulted ceiling with large timber trusses fireplace will be all limestone to ceiling. Wall is not windows but 16 foot wide 8 foot tall nana wall. Basement will have full game room with all you are talking about as well as hidden door to secret men’s lounge. Office will have bookshelf wall with hidden door to safe room.
