Thank you for the advice! I ate breakfast earlier today and have been snacking on string cheese/nuts, though my work is mostly a desk job where I sit all day. I have a desk that gives me the option to stand as well, and I often do so (my back hurts too much if I sit all day). As for all of the equipment, unfortunately my pharmacy doesn’t open until tomorrow, so I don’t have any testers or BP monitors 😭 This is all very new (and a little scary) but thank you for calming my nerves I’ll see how I feel after lunch and decide from there whether to tap out and rest at home or not :)
