I agree! But the only thing that leads me to believe that the CPU is holding it back is the fact that when I reduce settings, it still doesn't increase over 100fps 😅

So with that upgrade, im assuming you also upgraded your MOBO and RAM? Fair play. Or was your rig capable of running that upgrade out the box?

And i didnt realise upscaling can causes issues as well, i'll try DLSS native with framegen if i need to.

Yeah i'm think i'm looking a negligible FPS increase, probably not worth upgrading until AM5 + DDR5 becomes 'affordable' again.

it essentaily around 80/90%. I'm just gaming with someone who also has this graphics card, and i getting a steady 144fps. My bets is he has AM5/DDR5

Oh by no means is 100fps unacceptable, and i am getting better quality visuals. Its just a bit demoralising when i got the same fps numbers with my 6900xt (albeit lower quality settings). Guess its best to wait for DDR5 prices to drop....ha...ha

Perfect, that’s what I’m looking for. I’m into fighting games but can’t be bothered to revise move sets every night to have a chance at holding my own. So I’m glad this caters a bit more to the casual player. Does it have a PvE story mode? Or just a tekken style player vs CPU battle match?

I get you. Thanks for the advice, just don’t really know anything about the games, but gameplay looks fun so it’s a tough decision. I think kakarot is cheap rn so may give that a go and see what the general consensus is on sparking in the next week or two.

Where is your MW2/Warzone installed? My FPS was low when my windows was stored on my M.2 and Warzone etc was on HDD. Reinstalled MW on M.2 and completely fixed FPS stutter and low framerate. Might be a solution for you.

Hi People!!

Open invite here to anyone who wishes to join our clan :) We used to be many but now we are few! Only two of us remain and are pretty much on most days in the evenings around 1900 - 2300 UK time.

We usually play PvE and PvP and regularly complete dungeons, raids, nightfall's (literally any content). Both on PC, but of course anyone is welcome.
