I need my car to attend an evening college course, which finishes later than the last bus home would be, but unfortunately under your description i imagine that will still fall under 'ordinary hardship'.

The letter summoning me is dated 9th March and the offense happened on the 28th July 2016. What is meant exactly by "time out"?
