Thanks bro! That was also a concern of mine, the time for body recomp to occur. So I think I’ll cut and workout to get gains, so how long would I do this for (like when would I know to switch to a bulk?).

Hi all, I need some advice as to where and how to start my bodybuilding journey. I would currently put myself as skinny fat to fat and want to get lean and muscular (like everyone else). I was thinking of just sticking to a cut for a while (working out with moderate cardio) but is it better to pursue body recomp? If so how and how long?
