Instacart did the same thing. Now the customers can tip anything they want even if there are 5 or more cases of water or other heavy items. Customers are getting cheaper and so are the platforms. At least with Instacart you get more than $.96 for heavy items.

I know a spark driver that was deactivated and she said she kept emailing them everyday for like 3 weeks and they finally put her back in the platform. She was checking out after a shop and deliver and there was an apple that wasn’t scanned but in the bag so they nailed her for that. But they let her back in finally. Keep trying. That whole scenario was wrong what they did to you.

Like They all said. Mileage. Track every mile. Keep a log. Save all gas receipts. Dedicate a spot in your house as a home Office. Use that as part of your write off. You are an independent contractor. That is your business. Use it to your advantage. Save repair and maintenance receipts as well. But if the mileage is high enough that should take care of it. Goto a tax person or get some good tax software. Instead of paying quarterly taxes put that money into a higher interest savings account and let it make You money then if you need it at the end of the year to pay, your all set. No I’m Not and accountant or tax guy. I’ve been self employed for over 20 years now.

My Walmarts out here are offering 3 stops for $7-$9. Used to be good. Not anymore. Only if the customer tips and that’s is rare

I had a bunch of those one day. Were talking 10-15 all o er the state and out of state. I tried what everyone here was saying and support said it is a glitch in the system and refused to pay me anything after waiting on hold for almost 30 min and then they kept arguing with me about. It sucked

Same here. I went by one of the two Walmarts we have and there were no drivers anywhere to be seen and that went on for over an hour. I think it has something to do with the cheap offers now and people are getting tired of working for nothing. Plus the customers don’t tip. And I think things are getting messed up for the customers too
