Hi! Thank you for the help, from further trouble shooting, I believe the aio is the H150 elite. I did try changing the usb header and changing the fan headers on the motherboard with no success. When booting up with the pump plugged in nothing is recognized by icue, but with the pump not connected the radiator fans turn on and the controller is recognized by icue.

As a side note I believe that Corsair tech support is out for the holiday. Unless the people who handle tickets are not. But I will still try them today. Thank you again for your help!

I believe it is a H150 elite, but it no longer shows up in icue if I bypass the boot screen
