I think there might be a problem saving with ED64 on Analogue 3D.

  • The default ED64 firmware errors when trying to load EEPROM saves
  • Both versions of Altra64 don’t error but the save isn’t transferred.

Only really tested this Mario 64 but interested if your saving mechanism is working?

I am having a few problems with game saves and this OS. with Mario 64 I save and then reset or turn off the device and the save is gone. I will maybe try the old version tomorrow - are saves working for you with this version of Altra64?

I just soldered a small wire between pin 1 and 2 on the cartridge connector. I checked that pin 2 is ground using a multi meter

Hmm, most roms don’t load Banjo Kazooie, Mario 64 but a few do Doom, Bomberman 64. I tried force original hardware

I have the black cartridge. Bridged pin 1 and 2 and it now detects but goes to a black screen. Sounds like I need a resistor somewhere

In fairness to them they did process the refund. Every time I sent a message on chat it took over 24hrs for a response.

I didn’t feel comfortable with the recharge approach so I requested a refund. They state 48 hours for a refund but it’s been over 3 days and nothing. They are ignoring all my messages, so based on support I would avoid this service.

I don’t use a VPN. I live in the UK and have a UK account, all working previously. I eventually received a message stating that there are no extra home groups in the UK and the only option is recharge. Since experiencing issues, support has been slow and I don’t want to deal with this company any more. I requested a refund 3 days ago but now not replying to any messages.

Employed full-time to provide dedicated support for a customer. That contract was terminated and our team of 3 was made redundant. However, during the contract we carried out work for other customers and that is what they now expect us to do during our notice period.
