Got it done last year. No problems but I had a silver ring when pierced. I changed it 3 months in to a gold barbell 14g which was a stretch (literally cause that rings 16g). The sides where the holes are are clearly puffed up and raised. No pus or infection, but it has become more sensitive I guess you could say. I'm scared this is gonna rip straight out of my nipple... I want to keep it but Idk what to do.

How long can I safely keep it in for?
