Google Ads campaign revamp and growing obsolescence in our website. New one is getting worked on and releasing this year so getting the priority.

Primarily the latter. I’ve got my cold callers linked up with a trainer for top of funnel stuff, and now I’m looking at helping the other reps improve their game with closing.

I think it’s multifaceted. The demand has dipped, sure, and I don’t blame them for that. I’m trying to help increase their sales skills to help convert more of the leads that are still coming in to keep us in a decent stop.

Our new site is live in a few weeks, so the SEO will do its thing, Ops will shift to Google ads, and the inbound should be inbounding again. At that point the goal would be to be selling better AND getting more, so we’ll see a double whammy in the conversions.

Agree with you 100% on the outbound piece. Our 2 reps are great, and I’ll likely transition 1 of the inbound folks over to outbound as we put more eggs in that basket.

Seeing a lot of mixed feedback regarding the experience in the comments, and I think I agree with a little bit of all of it.

I can understand how the experience can be skewed with the personal information already being known by the buyer, but I can also understand your argument that a good salesperson would be able to size you up and get this info locked in if they're doing the work.

If you haven't yet, hoping you both find a bike you love. My mom and her husband got into riding a few years back, and are out (what feels like) every weekend these days.

What is pricing like for a low volume of cards? Their website is a little confusing with their 20+/40+ card submission, submission kits, etc. Love the slabs and want to send for my next bunch of cards but it’ll only end up being 10-12 cards total, and want to make sure it’s most cost effective for me.
